MISSING: Genaro I. Garcia-Uranga

KCPD is trying to find Genaro I. Garcia-Uranga, whose family hasn’t seen him in weeks. He’s a Hispanic man, 26 years old. He is 5 feet 7 and about 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen about 11 a.m. on May 13, in the 6200 block of East 16th Street. His car was found was found June 1 in the 100 block of North White.
