Mesa man with cerebral palsy missing for three weeks
A young Mesa man with mild cerebral palsy has been missing for about three weeks, but because of a miscommunication with police, an investigation just began Tuesday.
The parents of 20-year-old Alex Grundvig went to a police substation to file a report but were apparently told that their son was too old.
