McNulty makes a living by talking to angels

Most natural talents are realized early on, but supernatural gifts may take a little bit longer to notice and embrace.

Julie McNulty always had a sneaking suspicion that her intuition was more in sync than most others. As a child, images and thoughts would pop into her head as if she had a sixth sense, only for their meanings to be confirmed shortly after.

Matters of coincidence was the initial reaction, she said, but she would later realize the special gift she had been given. McNulty, who lives just outside the Campbell border in San Jose, now operates as an angel therapy practitioner and reiki master, a Japanese alternative healing method.

She’s not so naive that she’s unaware of the common, often negative perception of psychics and those who claim to possess a unique connection with the spiritual world.
